Department of Physiology

The Department of Physiology, established in 2010 as one of the pre-clinical Departments in the Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences has made enormous progress in advance research and teaching. The Faculty of the Department have been pursuing clinically oriented research since the inception. The teachers of this Department have published more than 100 research papers, mostly in reputed National and International Journals.. The research work of the Department has been widely acclaimed, both at National and International levels. At present 02 PhD research projects are under operation in the Department and few more projects have been submitted for funding. The Department is presently involved in the teaching of MBBS, MD, MSc(medical), PhD, BDS, BPT, B.Sc Nursing, BNPT etc besides active research.
