About Us

Department of General Pathology

Pathology is the medical discipline that provides diagnostic information to patients and clinicians.

It impacts nearly all aspects of patients care, from diagnosing cancer to managing chronic diseases through accurate laboratory testing.  The department of pathology at SGT University established in 2010, headed by DR. Rajeev Sen, is at the forefront of teaching the principles of art of pathology to the undergraduates and postgraduates and has a well-qualified and distinguished Faculty.

The department has various subspecialties – Hematology, cytology, clinical pathology, histopathology and Transfusion Medicine.
